|MX Logic Hires New Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales|

Englewood, Colo. - May 18, 2009 - MX Logic, Inc., a leading managed security service provider, today announced it has hired Evan G. Westenskow as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Westenskow's primary responsibility will be to continue the rapid sales and distribution growth of the company's network of 1,800 domestic and global reseller partners.

Westenskow brings more than 25 years of extensive management experience in high technology including hardware, software, training and consulting markets. He played a vital role in leading various organizations through building channel teams and creating strategic VAR relationships resulting in increased revenue growth and profitability.
Most recently, Westenskow was the vice president of sales at Alternative Technology (an Arrow Company) where he drove value proposition selling to increase profitability year-over-year. Prior to that, he was the vice president and co-founder of Collaboratek, a start-up that provided products and services that reduced costs associated with re-use of digital assets.
